Overall it was a nice stay. Friendly staff personnel and I would come stay at this place again. Close to multiple 7-11 and restaurants in the area.

Modern hotel and staff is friendly. The hallways are bright and I would definitely choose this place again. There’s a restaurant downstairs and gym that is open till late upstairs along with a spa. The rooftop has a great view of the skyscrapers as well.

The staff and food was great. Many bars, restaurants and grocery store nearby. But the only problem I had was the distance. It says it’s a 7min walk but it’s actually like 15min from Nana station to hotel.

Rooms are very clean and well maintained. Staff very helpful. The shuttle only runs at a very limited schedule. It’s about a mile from the nana bts. The location is more suited for those who plan to taxi or bolt/grab for transportation. The one major setback is that the rooms are re not that quiet and a lot of commotion noise seeps through. I was on the 5th and could hear street noise well into 1am.

I have stayed at this hotel a few times in recent years and always check availability when I plan to spend time in Bangkok. The hotel is very reasonably priced for its location and facilities. It is very clean and well maintained, and the staff are very welcoming and helpful. I would certainly recommend Citrus 11 to those looking for a stress-free and pleasant stay in the centre of Bangkok – the hotel is close to important transportation networks, and to nightlife and restaurants.
