I stayed at this hotel mainly because of the location. I enjoy walking and it is a walking distance to Flower Market, Grand Palace, River City, etc. Also, you can walk to the Ratchawong Pier and hop on the Chao Phraya Tourist Boat. From River City, you can take a crossing ferry to ICONSIAM. Also, River City is a meeting point for many local tours. For instance, I took the Railroad and Floating market local tour and it was a short walk (10 minutes) from this Hotel to River City in the morning to meet my tour guide. This hotel is also at the heart of the Chinatown night market. I will give 5 stars for the location. But do understand this is not a 5 stars hotel. It is dated and I would give a 2 starts for the property condition. However, the beds are clean and the staffs are friendly and their services are great.

24 hours you can find good food surrounding the hotel. A plus point with the opening of Wat Mangkon MRT Station which is only 5 minutes walk from the hotel; a excellent link to other part of Bangkok. Shopping you have a wide range of products from clothing, household items, fruits etc.
