Pros: Cheap and close to the sky train. Cons: The upkeep of the rooms are unsatisfactory. The bathrooms should really be remodeled. Although the hotel advertises an airport shuttle service, they don’t have one.

We booked a suite there And upon checking in, we noticed there was food left on the table, the previous guest had left clothes in the laundry machine and very Unsanitary bathroom conditions. Rooms were old and out dated AC doesn’t work properly, was refused to be provided with additional towels or water as they have 2 per day policy even though we checked in at 9 pm. Nice place

I liked this place, but the placement of aircondition directly towards the bed was not optimal. In the end I ended up turning it off, instead of having the aircon blow directly in my face as I started get a sore throat.

Our stay at Brighton hotel was far from being enjoyable. The hotel charged an exaggerated cost for a shuttle from the airport and to the airport (which was lowered after some negotiation, causing an unpleasant and shady feeling in itself). The made a mistake and called the suttle at 4 am instead of 4 pm as requested and woke us up at 4 am beacause of that. The staff was rude and unhelpful and made us feel mocked and laughed at. The shower in the room overflowed and created a swamp in the room. The hotel was realy in the middle if nowhere and the closest mall was 40 minutes away and due to our experience with the pricing, we didn’t want to take a taxi from the hotel. The room itself was fine.

a great choice

The hotel is 5 minutes walk from Bang Na station, so access into the centre is easy. Access to and from the airport is also easy. The breakfast is excellent with a great range of foods. However, the best part is the friendly and very helpful staff.

Ok for the price

The location is close to the bkk airport and the paid shuttle service is very helpful. The staff was friendly and helpful. There is not much to do in the area in terms of activities and the trains station is pretty far; plan on taking a cab. The room was nice but the bathroom could use a refreshing.

It’s considered close to bitec where you can just walk via skywalk to get their. However there is always a lot of cars and dust. It’s close to quite a few convenience store across the road. The aircon worked perfect in the hot humid weather. The room is quite spacious, floors seemed clean. However facilities are quite old and does not look as the photos provided. Well not my room anyways. They only offer half a roll of toilet paper and no spare ones.

It is above the average in general, staffs are friendly, the room is very clean. Unfortunately, the isolation from noise isn't very well, you can hear the traffic, the echo from the swimming pool on the 3rd floor...etc. oh, the wifi signal is terrible even after rebooted.
