Like another reviewer said, truely an oasis of quiet and calmness in a very busy city. All staff and customers very friendly and the location is fantastic just off of the main road. Very nice experience and I will stay again when in Bangkok.

If you enjoy Bangkok heat, yet wish your hotel room was slightly hotter than the street outside, this is the spot for you! All jokes aside, extremely nice staff, great location and the ac literally does not work, in a room with no windows.

The place is quite and clean and it’s only 10 min walk from Asok BTS. The pillows are not smelly compared to those much more expensive hotels near BTS. The staff are very helpful and friendly. The only thing that is not good in my room is that the bathroom door can’t be closed. Maybe it’s broken.

Size of the room is great. And the hotel is always clean, smelling fresh. The staff is super helpful and nice. Amenities are in good condition as well. The location is perfect and quiet, restful sleep for sure - a bit of a walk to BTS and MRT if you don't mind it but a lot of cabs pass by as well. There are interesting food places around and decent commendable massage places for Thai massage fix.

Slightly far from BTS station. Wifi was not stable & slow. No choice on breakfast. Room is clean & pleasant however the key card power enable unit having some problem and occasionally cut off power in the room even the card key was inserted into it.

Cute place

Perfect location for exploring city. Kept extending my stay. Quiet area. Cute clean rooms. Nice modern washrooms. Small hotel. Handful of rooms. The staff at the front desk really make the place top notch. They are very helpful and kind. Great communication. A bargain. Stayed at other hotels nearby in the same price range but this place I'd do much better.

Close to BTS, but room comfort issues

I liked the location of the hotel a lot, but it's easy to miss when taking a taxi as it's down a little alley. Also, the air conditioning in my room couldn't be controlled so it was freezing as the temperature kept dropping in the evenings. On two nights, I even had to remove my hotel card altogether because it was so cold so I'd rather have no electricity in my room than freeze. The hotel staff couldn't do anything about it. When the AC isn't on, you can hear everything in the hotel - doors opening/closing, the elevator, people talking, etc. Probably wouldn't stay here again though I did like the location a lot.
