The hotel is so far away from high way its hard to find the hotel because it’s all the way in the end of the subdivision and they have a lot different name of hotel posted in the banner it’s confusing the customer the room is dirty and hot no view at all in the window the customer service in from name lee is so bad he doesn’t know customer services he so rude disrespectful the customer also the lady Noi in the mini grocery is so rude and doesn’t know customers service keep watching in her phone when you ask her she shouting and mad unpleasant the hotel is so Hot room aircon is very low doesn’t get cold also in front seat lobby no aircon we sweeting during stay uncomfortable stay no WiFi in the room they told us only in lobby when we go to lobby is so slow we can’t access our work and family because no WiFi uncomfortable place to stay the manage should do something about the service also the improvement of the hotel room proper training and discipline should be implementing

Close to ap but bad location

Very rude employee location is bad as . 200 tb for key deposit and 150tb for the shuttle to ap and taxi cast me only 100tb with family just avoid if u are just wanna spend a night maybe ok

Easy check-in process. They are pretty strict with check-in time but allowed us to keep our luggage in a corner properly tagged. Hotel is conveniently placed near the airport (about 15min with car depending of traffic)

The only thing good about this place is it's proximity to the airport. The front desk staff were not very nice, the airport transfers are awful especially if you want to catch it from the airport. The lady coordinating the shuttle service was extremely rude and didn't inform us of the 1 hour wait. We wasted a lot of time just standing there waiting for her to give us an update. They only provide hourly service so it would be best to consider taking Grab or taxi. The bed linens were mismatched and the towels are all torn. This hotel takes cash payments most of the time and they don't understand the concept of charge to the room and settle before check out. Overall, the experience was really bad.

I stayed at the hotel because near airport.i stayed there before but they have increased the size if the hotel and have got new owner and the staff are not as friendly as before and there is a bad small around the out side of the hotel and it seems to in the corridor when you come out the room
