I was staying at this hotel during the time of the Earthquake. The staff handled everything so well. I appreciate their dedication to our safety. Also want to note that this was the best cleaning staff I have ever had. They very reliable and made up the room early in the day per my request. EXCELLENT!! Only reason I did not give 5 stars is the room is smaller than other rooms at lower prices. Also the hangers in the closet are cheap plastic, really bad for a 4 star hotel. I could not hang up my good shhirts or suit. Everything else was fantastic!!!!
