We so glad we could find this hotel near DMK. The staff is very friendly and always be happy help us. The breakfast buffet is a highlight with SUSHI, plus their onsite Junichi Japanese resteruant is very good. The room is spacious and clean. One thing need to be improved is that the water in the room is too lesswhich not enough for two persons.

Although close to the airport, it takes a while to get there on taxi. The shuttle only goes from hotel to train station. But aside from that everything else was great.

The breakfast was good, the drain in the shower was not working so the bathroom would flood. The bathroom was not clean upon arrival but they came to clean it right away. Location is not the greatest, need transportation to anything.

This room was perfect! This was our favorite hotel on our 2 month long journey. The shower and room layout was superb. The breakfast offerings were great. The staff was warm, kind, professional and very helpful. Wish we could take this place along in our suitcase!

Great stay at the residence hotel Bangkok! Only stayed here for 1 night but very lovely helpful staff, decent priced Japanese restaurant in the hotel, cheap to book a grab from airport to hotel as shuttle does not drop you off directly at airport, rooms were very clean, modern and big! Beds comfy. AC worked great. Close to 7eleven! Would recommend for sure!!

The service was great and staff was friendly. I appreciated the shuttle to the airport. That being said, this is more of a budget hotel and you get what you pay for. The rooms were clean but I wasn't a fan of the wet bathroom and the AC wasn't working super well when I stayed there.
