Beautiful and pleasant 2/3 bedroom house, air-conditioned, with independent entrance, garden and terrace with sea view. The house is composed of an air-conditioned living-dining room opening onto the loggia with a glimpse of the sea, a separate kitchen, 2 air-conditioned bedrooms and a bathroom with toilet. You have a sleeping area on the ground floor of the house which can be used as a bedroom if necessary. It is an excellent price/surface ratio. The well-maintained land of more than 500 m² is a definite plus for families who benefit from a good location in relation to the sea and the city center. The railway line passes above the land. We require a 25% deposit. The balance must be paid 1 month before entering the premises and at the latest 2 weeks before your arrival, except in the case of last-minute bookings. Tourist tax is due to the owner for each tenant over 18 years old. The amount is that specified by the tourist office. Final cleaning is included and included in the price. For added comfort, you can choose to have sheets and towels provided for €25 per single bed and €35 per double bed. All arrivals on Sundays and public holidays will be charged €100 extra. Arrivals on weekdays after 6 p.m. will also be charged extra. Pets may be allowed upon request; please let us know the type of pet. A €5 per day per pet surcharge will apply. We require a deposit to be paid to us upon arrival by check or cash. It will not be cashed and will be returned on the day of departure if everything is in order. Come and enjoy the beauties of our region through our apartments and houses: the beaches and protected and developed natural spaces, the natural parks of Port-Cros and Porquerolles, whose "Notre Dame" beach was voted the most beautiful beach in Europe, seaside walks such as the boat tour of the calanques of Cassis, hikes in the Verdon Gorges or on the coastal path and in particular Cap Sicié. You can discover Bandol, Sanary sur mer, the small medieval village of Castellet, very pleasant for strolling or sharing an ice cream, discover the wines of Bandol. The estates of Bandol are for the most part in the commune of La Cadière and you can appreciate the magnificent landscapes in all seasons. We recommend the mill of Saint Côme for the production of olive oil. We also recommend the walk to Mont Faron to appreciate the magnificent sea view over one of the most beautiful harbors in Europe. Our agricultural producers welcome you from April to September every Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. to offer you fresh local products (fruits, vegetables, eggs, bread, cheeses, honey, etc.). The markets of Sanary, Bandol, Saint Cyr etc. take place every day, and the large markets take place on Tuesday in Bandol, Wednesday in Sanary and Thursday in Saint Cyr. For your children, the OK Corral amusement park in Cuges les pins, Aqualand in Saint-Cyr sur mer, the funfair, seaside entertainment (trampoline, bungee), water activities (diving, sailing, paddle, parasailing, jet skiing etc.), boat trips, the Bandol zoological garden. If you are looking for small board games, we recommend l'Atanière, a store offering a wide range of board games for all ages.

Vacances à Bandol
Petite maison mitoyenne. Le mobilier est un peu vieillot mais confortable. La maison est bien équipée (clim(très apprécié) lave vaisselle, lave linge, senseo et bcp de vaisselle).
Juste un bémol, le chemin de fer et au bout du jardin 😒 et la plage à proximité est petite et caillouteuse.
Le prix de la location est reasonable pour le lieu.

Très bonne location
Location agréable, d'une propreté exemplaire , literie confortable, calme et repos . La climatisation dans séjour et chambres est un atout majeur pendant les fortes chaleurs . Bonne communication avec l'agence. Tout est là pour passer un bon séjour. Tout le matériel de cuisine est présent, la seule chose qui nous a manqué est une bouilloire .

rien à redire sur la maison mais contact difficile avec "le temps des vacances"
La propriété est très bien avec un bémol : la proximité avec la voie ferrée mais le bruit reste tout à fait supportable.
Le problème s'est posé quand on a voulu négocier l'heure d'arrivée avec le gérant qui s'est montré peu compréhensif voire agressif. La question des heures d'arrivée - et de départ - mérite réflexion de façon à ce que les clients ne soient pas obligés de se jeter dans les bouchons !

Es war ein unvergesslicher Urlaub in Bandol.
Es ist ein tolles Haus mit sehr hohen Decken und fantastisch klimatisiert. Alle haben sich sehr wohl gefühlt und konnten somit prima nachts schlafen.
Sehenswürdigkeiten waren gut erreichbar, sowie auch vielseitige Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Abends war immer was los in Bandol, tolle Musik und Unterhaltung.
Die Strände sowie die Wanderung in Calanques blieben unvergesslich.

Vraiment une jolie maison
Magnifique salon de jardin, jardin beau et grand avec deux figuiers dont les fruits ont fait notre joie quotidienne, maison bien équipée, pas trop loin du centre. A recommander.
L'espace au sous-sol ne convient pas vraiment comme chambre, étant donné l'humidité ambiante et les petites bêtes qui ne craignent pas les hôtes surprise ...
