We stayed in the new wing and its floors don’t match the main building. Had to elevator to 3rd floor and then walk another hallway to get to stairs to get to 4th floor. No direct elevator to the 4th floor in the new wing. Room was beautiful.

Second time staying at this resort as we were impressed with the Spa and rooms. However this visit the AC was louder than having a running diesel transport truck next to our bed so neither of us got much sleep and were also still hot. This was on a night that was around 7 degrees and couldn't get much air from the limited amount of opening they let the window to open. The couch we found to be harder than a slab of concrete that also makes you sit at a 90 degree angle. Zero comfort.

A big beautiful nature, luxury and beautiful place. Staff was so professional and friendly. So glad we found this place the kitchen was so nice and the swimming pool was nice too. It will be out always gateway please from now on. Note; we cooked and got $25 cleaning fee which was not clear in advance
