Very secure through the night. We left Sunday morning at 4:30 and the gate was locked in the front. We had to go inside to have the man open the gate and felt wonderful about it thank you so much

No money to replace irons
We had two rooms. Our room was fine except it smelled like smoke in a no smoking room. My brother's room had a broken A/C and they didn't have an iron in the room. When he called to ask, the reply was that they didn't have enough money to buy more irons.

Hotel was clean ,staff was good. The only issue was that the pool is empty no water and they should inform people of that, ice machine wasn’t working in the location we were staying at so we had to walk to another building. Too many people the pool is important specially if the weather is hot and customers should be notified of.

Description of hotel state car charger on site. I arrive to find no charge station but not even a 220 plug. The hotel is not one i would normally stay bit chose it specifically for chatge station. I dont normally write reviews but totally false advertising and a major inconvience.

I was laying down. I seen the ceiling had water spots when I went to the bathroom floor wasn’t clean. Bedsheets was replaced.

Walking distance to th Mechanics bank Theater, across the street from the Amtrak station and a couple of blocks away from excellent food.The river view is quaint. The room was clean and comfortable.

the front desk lady was nice as checking in and out during our stay we didn’t pack some toiletries and they provided free of cost. the only down side was the swimming pool was empty. in general we enjoy that amenity.

The only good thing about this hotel was the check in. Was checked in less than 5 minutes. But the rooms and hallways smelled very stuffy and the walls are paper thin. We could hear other peoples conversations as if they were in the room with us. And the doors slamming shut constantly was even more annoying.
