Private: property 1'500 m2 (fenced), swimming pool (10 x 5 m, depth 80 - 160 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.) with alarm system. Outdoor shower, table tennis, boules, parking (for 2 cars) on the premises. Grocery 1 km, restaurant 4.5 km, bus stop 2.5 km, railway station "Saint Raphael Valescure" 25 km, sandy beach "Fréjus" 18 km. Golf course (18 hole) 8 km. Nearby attractions: Gorges du Blavet. Wunderschönes Haus an ruhiger Lage.

Wunderschönes Haus an ruhiger Lage mit einem wunderbaren Garten und Pool. Die Gegend ist wunderschön, es gibt Möglichkeiten zu wandern oder für Fahrradtouren. Aber auch nur Zeit am Pool zu verbringen ist wunderschön. Einzig die Sauberkeit der Küche und teilweise der Toiletten liess sehr zu wünschen übrig, ansonsten können wir das wunderbare Fleckchen Erde nur empfehlen. Der Garten und die Umgebung sind sehr gepflegt.

Toller Urlaub in wunderschönem Haus

Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet und hat einen sehr schönen Pool. Der Ansprechpartner vor Ort ist sehr freundlich und spricht gut englisch. Super Service! Vielen Dank für den hervorragenden Urlaub in der Villa Matisse in hübscher Umgebung.
