It's built in modern, local style and consists of about eight buildings with two floors and different apartments. Each apartments is furnished in a modern and nice way with a complete kitchenette and a terrace or balcony with seating area.

We vonden het park en het appartement erg sober en de prijs-kwaliteitsverhouding ...

We vonden het park en het appartement erg sober en de prijs-kwaliteitsverhouding niet goed. Het appartement was schoon en het zwembad ook, maar verder was het niet bijzonder. De inrichting was erg sober, het terras was erg klein, de tuin bestond uit verdord gras en bood geen privacy. Verder waren er geen faciliteiten, de receptie was beperkt open. De dichtstbijzijnde bakkerij was op 10 minuten rijden. Ook de lokatie is niet echt super. Je bent wel even met de auto onderweg als je naar een mooi strand wil of bezienswaardigheden wil bezoeken. Drie kwartier minimaal als je geen file hebt en in het hoog seizoen is het erg druk op alle wegen in het gebied. Het dichtstbijzijnde dat de moeite waard is, is het eiland ille aux moines, maar als je daar naartoe wilt met een gezin met drie kinderen met de pont betaal je wel 29 euro voor een retour dus dat doe je niet elke dag. Kortom: ruim 1700 euro voor een week met vijf personen, voor een appartement waarbij er ook nog 1 persoon in de woonkamer moet slapen en je voor het bedlinnen en de eindschoonmaak nog extra moet betalen op deze lokatie in dit gebied vinden we echt veel te veel geld voor wat je er voor krijgt.
