Despite undergoing renovation the stay was first class. The team were excellent and the manageress very helpful.

Poor Service Hotel

Do not try to check in while they are serving dinner, the only two staff cannot do things at once. There is poor choice in the so-called restaurant; and again service is slow and poor, although the Polish waiter tried very hard to please. The breakfast was not ready at 07:00, so I had to depart before it started, despite having to pay for it. The door from the hotel to the car park was not open first thing in the morning and it was too much trouble for the person working on getting breakfast ready to open it for me, so I had to a longer walk around with my luggage! Sadly, my experience was so disappointing that I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone.

Needs a wifi upgrade.

Great hotel, very nice staff and a lovely breakfast selection. But the wifi is terrible! No matter what time you walk in the doors, there are always guests jostling for the sofa that is the only spot wifi works.

Beautiful place, come to Bad Doberan.

wonderful place and greta hotel, very helpful and beautiful place. The Molli is great, the food is wonderful and Zappanale is the BEST.
