Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities
Staff are unwelcoming and unfriendly. Beddings and towels are not clean and very old. Comfort rooms are dirty, toilet bowl, dipper and basin are slimey. The water is yellowish. Flooded area
We did not expect that the condition of the room is such. The room was not prepared for occupancy. The sink was not cleaned. The same with the bathroom with no toilet paper. The TV cannot be operated using the remote that we have to call the office for help. We are supposed to stay for 4 nights but has to checked out the next day because of the unfavorable condition. I have to tell the office staff person to clean the room as it has not been cleaned prior to our use. Her respond was SORRY. I told her we are donating the money that we lost.
The hotel looks really run down and I felt I've been overcharged for it. Our room is outside reception, behind a bar. On our first night, people were playing pool, too noisy. On our second night, which is a Friday, a band played all night and the noise carried on until 5am.
Along lacson street and accessible to most tourist areas.

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service
The staff and guest relations personnel are excellent. They are very hard-working people who deserves recognition performing their work at this hotel. I will always come back and will stay at this hotel whenever I am visiting Bacolod.
I like that it is near the road and good air conditioning, the staff are good also.
What i did not like are so many which are;
Flies inside the room.
The outside is storage which can be seen in the window, and it is an eyesore.
The heater is not working.
No bidet faucet in CR.
The main door has only 1 key and no key for the dead lock.
Towel seems to old.
The location is great, close to alot of shopping and restaurants! The staff at the front desk and bar are awesome, friendly and helpful!
If you eat at the bar and not familiar with local dishes and want to go with what you know, the Spamlette and Kimchi Fried Rice is a must have any day of the week. Nice assortment of beverages!
The room where I stay was perfect, clean with cable and wifi which worked great! Plenty of hot water and Aircon! They are small rooms which is good, if you came here to hibernate you should have stayed home. It is a must see area and this play is smack in the middle!
Enjoy!

wonders
It was an ok room except the fact that you can hear everyone in their rooms and their conversations. What i thought was a solid wall turned out to be a thin plywood board and almost leaned on it with my weight. If i had i would have put my hand through to the next room. Doors and locks were really flimsy. With a little force you could probably push the door apart and gain entry.

Toilet/shower needs to be descaled. White scales from hard water already visible.
Will definitely stay here again, its the closest hotel to malls.

The airconditioner was dripping.
The bed was soaking wet when I later found out.
Asked for a solution to the staff (dry clean the bed or room transfer). The staff just put a towel on my bed and left.
I also did not receive any toiletry upon check in (I had to ask for soap and shampoo).
