Desayuno muy pobre de cantidad y variedad, no había nadie atendiendo a quien poder preguntar o pedir cosas. Habitación bien, bonitas vistas, pero baño antiguo, la bañera perdia agua al ducharte. Recepción y localización bien.

The property is very nice and could be a phenomenal destination with its location on the river. The staff was nice and tried to be helpful. Bar soap was not provided only shampoo and shower gel. A hair dryer was provided but was located in the room. I found out later that the outlet in the bathroom did not work which is why the hair dryer was in the room. Breakfast was pretty sad compared to other hotels but it was tasty and plentiful

Nice location, Riverside, and Nice Staff Rooms were very spacious, clean as well as comfortable. I booked​ a deluxe room and I can see river right from our room.The variety of breakfast options was pretty good.All staffs very friendly and helpful.I would definitely stay once again next time visit Ayutthaya.

ตอนจองไม่ได้อ่านรีวิว มาอ่านทีหลังชักเสียว ๆ พอเอาเข้าจริง ผมว่าไม่ได้เลวร้ายขนาดนั้นมั้งครับ น่าจะมีการปรับปรุงแล้วครับ สภาพภายนอกอาจเก่าไปหน่อย ทัศนียภาพไม่ค่อยดีครับ คงขาดพวกคนสวน พนักงานน้อยไปหน่อย แต่บริการโอเค ห้องใหญ่ดีครับ วิวแม่น้ำ แอร์ก็เย็น เตียงผ้าห่มนอนสบาย กลิ่นสะอาดดี อุปกรณ์ครบ ปลั๊กไฟเยอะดี ผมชอบ ไวไฟพอใช้ได้ แต่ไม่ถึงกับแรง ห้องน้ำมีสายชำระแล้ว น้ำร้อนดี มีอ่างอาบน้ำ เสียตรงห้องไม่เหมือนในภาพ ขาดเก้าอี้นั่งเล่นกับโต๊ะกลมตรงกลาง อาหารเช้าผมก็ว่าโอเคนะ ข้าวต้ม ข้าวผัด ผัดซีอิ๊ว มีต้มเลือดหมู ไข่ดาว-ไส้กรอก ชา กาแฟ น้ำส้ม ไม่น้อยครับ เยอะอยู่ ส่วนตัวผมจองไป 1,500 (รวมแวท) ถือว่าโอเคครับ คุ้มอยู่ ห้องใหญ่ ห้องดี เคยไปนอนบางที่ 1,800 ห่วยกว่านี้เยอะ

Heeelt forferdelig! Vi hadde bestilt fire rom, men droppet å bo der etter vi såg hvordan det såg ut der. Vi bestilte uten avbestilling, så fikk ikke pengene tilbake. Det er gammelt, luktet vondt og servicen er elendig. Det ser ut som et spøkelseshotell som du ser i skrekkfilmer. Vi snakket med de lokale om hotellet, de sa at ingen bodde på dette hotellet, og at det bare ble brukt til møter. De sa også at de var få som bodde der, og at de er på vei til å legge ned. IKKE bestill dette hotellet!!

fantastic place

This is a really good hotel, the staff are really accomodating and helpful, i got my mirror smashed at night on my motorbike when parked in the car park and night and they replaced it free!!! really big thank you, very clean and comfortable place! Breafast could include cerials and having the reseraunt open in the evenings would be good but apart from that excellent!! Love the staff they listen to you and try to help, really good!! very happy customer!!!

Hotel needs work and tlc to improve ratings but massive complex Great potential, sadly falls short of what farangs expect. Overall very happy and shown in score. Hôtel un peu excentré, pas très facile d'accès à pied lorsque l'on veut visiter les alentours. Petit déjeuner correct mais peu fourni. Les chambres sont spacieuses mais les finitions laissent à désirer et surtout on n'a pas eu d'eau vraiment chaude. Personnels très à l'écoute. Ayutthaya est une ville à voir!!!

Einfach nur unverschämt so etwas anzubieten

Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren , diese “Hotel” ist ein absoluter Zustand und in jedweder Hinsicht nicht zu verantworten. Es fängt damit an, dass man nach Ankunft leider nicht weiß wo genau man hingehen soll, da es an Beschilderung komplett fehlt. Die Freundlichkeit des Personals lässt mehr als zu wünschen übrig, besonders bei “ Sonderwünschen” wie einer Stadtkarte, wobei uns dann hier nicht einmal der Standort des Hotels eingezeichnet wurde. Ein Pool , den es geben sollte, gibt es sicherlich seit längerer Zeit nicht mehr da schon verrostete Gerüste drin aufgebaut sind. Wir hatten eins der teureren Zimmer mit “ Blick auf die Stadt”. Dies hieß jedoch nur , dass wir die gesamte Nacht über soviel den Lärm der vorbeifahrenden Schiffe als auch den Lärm von der auf der anderen Seite des Zimmers liegenden Eisenbahn hatten. Das Zimmer war so hellhörig, dass wir kaum schlafen konnten, obwohl wir sowohl vom Fluss als auch der Straße / Eisenbahn gute 100 Meter Luftlinie entfernt waren. Zum Thema Sauberkeit braucht man nicht viel sagen, da es diese in diesem Hotel komplett nicht gibt. Das schließt leider auch das Frühstück mit ein. Hier war vom Obst , auf Grund mehrerer Fliegenschwärme, nichts mehr zu sehen. Im Zimmer selbst waren sowohl das Bett als auch alle Vorhänge und das Bad von Flecken übersaht. Leider konnten wir nicht mehr umbuchen, da alle Zimmer auf Grund der Thai-Marathon-Meisterschaften ausgebucht waren. Jede Jugendherberge hat einen besseren Standart. Es ist kein Hotel!!!

Avoid at All Cost. A Terrifying Horror!!!

The worst hotel I had never stayed. Everything is wrong with this place. Start by lack of signage on the driveway leading in the parking lot. The driveway is impossible to find at night. We even missed the driveway again in daytime, driving at walking pace. Parking lot is a gravel lot. Feel like a construction site. No clear marking to hotel lobby. Confused at where to park. No staff help offload luggage until half way through the corridor leading in the lobby. Registration staff is lack of enthusiasm that you would typically anticipate in Thailand. Elevators are old with poorly painted doors. Room had the smell of a 40 year old apartment unit that had been trashed. Air Con was noise, and had problem maintaining a constant temperature. Bathtub has nasty moldy corking. Mattress felt like it is at least 30 years old. The lining covering the mattress had torn off at the corners exposing the sponge material. Under the bedding cover is a bed cover that is full on yellow and brown stains that resembles of a diaper; we had sleep on it all night. At night, the parking lot was full of cars and lacked of parking. No staff on-site to assist in looking for parking spot. It always happened that it rained. 80% of the gravel parking lot was flood with ankle deep pools of muddy water. DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL!!! VERY DISGUSTING!!!

The main issue with this hotel is that it seems to be abandoned! There were pretty much no guests and it's location is not great. The wifi didn't work while we were there and the staff don't speak English. They provided a crib as requested and that was nice!

Erg mooi gebouw, met veel potenties. Mssn later.

Wat een ontzettend mooi gebouw! Met een likje verf en wat werk wordt dat een pracht van een hotel! Dat was het waarschijnlijk in de jaren 60 van de vorige eeuw, en dat kan het zeker weer worden. Maar wij zaten daar denk ik tussen 2 momenten van glorie.... Wij zaten daar zakelijk. Dan liggen de verwachtingen waarschijnlijk net wat hoger dan wanneer je daar op (backpack) vakantie zit. Maar toch... De ontvangst was vriendelijk, maar de receptioniste en de rest van het personeel spraken slechts Thai. Met handen en voeten lukt bijna alles, maar maakt dit als zakenhotel minder geschikt. De helft van de liften was kapot (1 van de 2). Het water van het zwembad stond een meter te laag, maar dat vonden de ruim aanwezige uit de kluiten gewassen vissen waarschijnlijk geen probleem. Onze kamers hadden ooit vloerbedekking, maar die was zover versleten (niet van het stodat je bijna over het kale beton liep. Het bed was oncomfortabel, maar dat geldt voor mijn 1.93 en 100kg voor de meeste aziatische bedden. Toch lagen deze bedden nog ruim onder het gemiddelde. De airco kenden maar 2 standen: Aan en uit. 15 en 35 graden maakte hem niets uit, evenals standje 1, 2 of 3. Gewoon altijd volgas. Toen ik de lampen van de douche aanzette begon het licht te knipperen en sprong meteen 1 van de 3 spaarlampen kapot. Dat kwam wel mooi uit, want zo zag ik de schimmel en het ontbreken van de emaille in de badkuip en het douchgordijn minder goed, maar met alleen koud water heb je hier toch niet lang last.

Dramatisch !

Het enige pluspunt wat te noemen is dat de kamers ruim zijn en de bedden(goed) mogelijk schoon zijn. De lijst met gebreken is echter eindeloos: - Er was alleen warm water beschikbaar als er voldoende gasten aanwezig zijn. De warm water verwarming staat uit als er te weinig gasten zijn. Koud douchen dus. - Hoeveelheid gasten erg laag (gemiddeld 5 kamers bezet op 160 kamers) - Kamers zijn vies en vuil (spinnenwebben all over the place, roosters van airco vies, badkamer vies, lampen kapot, toilet vies, kraan hangt half aan de muur) - Zwembad is in gebruik als vijver voor koi karpers - Airco maakt veel lawaai (oordoppen nodig) en werkt niet naar behoren. Te koud / te warm en alles ertussenin. - Kamers maken een zwaar verouderde en versleten indruk. Niet meer van deze tijd !

Es gab ein schlechtes nicht ausreichendes Frühstück. Kein freundlicher Service am Empfang. War lieber mit dem Handy beschäftigt.
