Condo was lovely, updated & well stocked in the kitchen. Master bedroom had a fan (fantastic!). Pictures are accurate. You could walk to shuttle but it’s across a busy road & it snowed the entire time so I’m glad we had a car to literally drive across that road to the bear lot ($13/day).

As a family that also rents a short term rental on Evolve, it was wonderful to see another hosts home.The home is well appointed with all you need with lots of cool technology and even providing supplies for the bath.The property was wonderfully decorated and is very convenient to the mountain.The unit is in a mixed use plaza adjacent with Agave, and is not dedicated short term rentals meaning lots of full time renters and owners interspersed.I would recommend this rental

Condo was cute and cozy and well stocked in the kitchen. Served us well for a trip for a sports tournament. Great location but the outside is quite worse for the wear. It looks like they are getting ready to repaint but several condos seem to be in significant disrepair from the outside. Due to the work we didn’t feel comfortable leaving windows open during the day and it was quite warm at night.

You will not be disappointed! This was a fantastic place that was clean, well-stocked and had excellent communication! We were here to ski at Beaver Creek. The location is extremely convenient (even walkable) to Bear Lot that offers a shuttle to anywhere you'd want to jump on a lift. Plenty of restaurants and amenities are within a few minutes and some also walkable. Extra touches of a welcome gift and toiletries are a bonus. The place has a full-size washer and dryer in the condo, which wasn't exactly clear on the description and was a pleasant surprise. The area is very quiet and feels cozy and homey. Well-appointed decor will welcome you to a great stay! Book it before someone else does! You won't be disappointed!
