Although the finishes and furniture showed signs of wear, I had a good night‘s sleep here and found the location to be ideal for my purposes. The staff were kind and helpful.

Business Maubeuge

Absolutely bad experience, dirty room and noisy people around, I had to ask for changing room at 2’o because of noisy people who could do everything they wanted without being reprimanded by the staff. Not even an excuse or a word about that in the morning after check-out. One of the worse business stay I’ve made.

Very good for a short stay

Adequate facilities in room, for a short stay. Bed and pillows comfortable. Reception staff polite and spoke good English, but second person needed to keep pace with re-stocking breakfast food items. Overall, very satisfied.

Hotel decor is tired and poorly maintained. Reception is understaffed with one person having to perform normal reception duties as well as ensure breakfast area adequately stocked, including cooking bagettes, and croissants etc.

fantastic service

A very good hotel to stay in, very pleased with all services included. The people there were wonderful as I forgot my iphone charger and adaptor and they took the trouble to send it to me in England where I live at no cost at all. Super and thank you so much !!!

Ce BB hôtel ne sera plus dans ma liste d’hôtel

Séjour d’une nuitée peux agréable. L’état de l’hôtel commence à êtres vétuste. L’éclairage de la salle de bain ne faiser que des clignoter, la charnière de la porte de la douche était prêter à lâcher il fallait absolument tenir la porte. Pour le petit déjeuner, nous somme descendu le prendre à 9h15, soit 1h15 avant la fin. Sur place plus de jambon, plus de bacon griller et il rester 1 croissant pour trois! Je trouve ça dommage de devoir aller demander à l’accueil de ravitailler les plats. De plus sur l’annonce est indiquer un parking sur place, oui un parking est sur place mais un parking public communale gratuit ouvert à tout le monde. Je suis peut êtres difficile mais je n’ai pas l’habitude de laisser mon véhicule dehors.

Hôtel bien situé

Hôtel très correct. Bien que près de la gare notre chambre à l'arrière du bâtiment était calme. La vue etait bouchée par le parking en étage donc pas top. Le personnel agréable et compétent. Des fruits frais, du pain non congelé et des mugs pour le thé seraient un plus pour le petit déjeuner.
