The Space:

Welcome to your Hill Country haven in the heart of Dripping Springs, affectionately known as the "Wedding Capital of Texas." Surrounded by rolling hills and majestic oak trees just west of Austin, this beautiful retreat sits in the middle of one of the most scenic corners of the Lone Star State. Tour a working olive orchard and mill, sample your way through nearby wineries, or spend the day hiking, swimming, and fishing in the surrounding state parks. Whatever brings you to town, this family-friendly destination has everything you need for an unforgettable getaway.

Downstairs, you'll find the main living room, a second living room with a sofa bed for added flexibility, and the first primary bedroom with a king bed and a sofa bed. Upstairs, the 2nd primary bedroom features another king bed, joined by two queen rooms each with a queen bed and a bunk room outfitted with two full-size bunk beds, making it easy to accommodate the whole group.

At the heart of the house, the fully equipped kitchen features a generous island for casual seating, a walk-in pantry, and a dining area that seats eight with ease. Gather in either of the two living rooms to relax and reconnect after a day of exploring. With one full bathroom and a convenient half bath downstairs plus two full bathrooms upstairs, even a full house enjoys stress-free mornings.

The real magic happens outdoors. Cool off with a dip in the private swimming pool, gather at the outdoor kitchen for an unforgettable al fresco feast, and wind down around the firepit as the Texas stars come out. Every moment is framed by beautiful Hill Country surroundings that invite you to slow down, breathe deep, and stay awhile.

Park with ease thanks to free driveway space for up to four vehicles, plus additional street parking for larger groups.
