Charming bungalow houses have been turned into lively bars and restaurants along this tucked-away downtown street, where relaxed bar-goers (often with dogs in tow) stroll from bar to food trailer and back again, day or night. This condo puts you steps from Lady Bird Lake, the Ann and Roy Butler Hike and Bike Trail, and the heart of the Rainey Street District, with East Austin, W 6th Street, and South Congress all within a mile or two. Stubb's, Antone's Nightclub, and the Texas Capitol are just over a mile away, while Zilker Park, Barton Springs, and the University of Texas are a short drive across town. Austin-Bergstrom International Airport is roughly 9 miles away.

GETTING AROUND

Rainey Street is highly walkable, with bars, restaurants, and food truck parks just minutes away on foot, plus electric scooters and pedicabs nearby. East Austin is an easy walk, and nearby I-35 offers quick access to the rest of the city by car or rideshare. The building is valet-only, so we recommend planning for valet parking if you're bringing a vehicle.

* Parking: This is a valet-only building. Valet is $40 per night for overnight parking or $20 per day for daytime parking, paid directly to the valet. EV charging stations are available through valet for an additional on-site fee. Self-pay street parking may be available nearby (please check posted signs for fees and restrictions)
* Pet policy: Max 1 pet allowed
* Pool info: Rooftop pool access is included and shared with building residents
* Lobby coffee bar: Open to guests, with food and drink purchases at guest's expense
* Check-in: 4:00 PM to 9:00 PM. Check-ins after 9:00 PM will be considered a no-show and subject to our no-show policy
* Check-out: 11:00 AM
* Security deposit: A refundable $500 deposit is required before booking. It will be returned within 3 to 5 business days after departure if no excessive cleaning or damage is found
