Lake Travis Views, King Bed, Two Sunset Decks on the Golf Course

Unwind in a quiet townhouse overlooking the 4th green with sunset views toward Lake Travis. Two private decks, a king bed in the downstairs primary, and deer grazing at dusk. Walk to a private 50-acre lakefront park with a boat ramp and swim beach. Pool, gym, and pickleball courts included. Lake Travis is full for the first time since 2019.

THE SPACE
Two bedrooms, two baths, sleeps 6.

Downstairs: primary bedroom with a king bed.
Upstairs: second bedroom with a queen bed, reached by a narrow interior staircase.
Living room: queen sofa bed.

Two decks face west over the golf course toward the lake. Sunsets here are the reason people rebook. The living room has blackout curtains for the afternoon sun.

Fully stocked kitchen. Propane grill on the deck. Beach towels and board games are provided. Smart TV where you sign into your own streaming accounts. Fast WiFi and a dedicated workspace.

THE NEIGHBORHOOD
The neighborhood offers access to a 50-acre private park with beach-like shores where you can back your vehicle to the water, swim, watch the sunset, and enjoy a beverage. The private park has a boat ramp, a disc-golf course, a playground, and a swimming area.

Additional neighborhood amenities include a 9 hole golf course, a pool, a gym, Captain Pete's Boathouse floating restaurant, tennis and pickleball courts, and some of the best sunsets in the Texas hill country.

Rustic Living

The view of the lake is obscured by trees now. The stairs really should have carpet. The property is nice. Deer come up and feed in the morning. Lots of them... The unit is on one of the golf course greens which is really beautiful. The neighborhood is very nice and the neighbors are nice as well. If you are expecting a view of the lake then you will be somewhat disappointed. You can see it but a very limited view because of the trees. The host was available and very nice.

Port Venture Getaway

Stayed with a friend from a Thursday through Sunday. Nice neighborhood - quiet, walkable, a lot of deer! Digital lock didn’t work upon checking in (and a few other times during stay) - Kasey was easily reachable and responsive. Nice upper and lower deck/balcony facing lake and golf course. Cute seating area downstairs. Kitchen a bit “tired” - toaster and tea pot could be replaced. Upstairs toilet seat cracked so not very comfortable (definitely needs to be replaced). Downstairs bedroom gets quite cool with A/C but upstairs bedroom is still somewhat warm even with window unit (opening windows is an alternative). Property is about 45 minutes from Austin and 1 hour 30 minutes from Fredericksburg. Lowes grocery store about 10 minutes away. Limited choices close by for eating out. Was a nice spot to launch from for trips to the city and hill country.

This was a lovely, clean and very comfortable condo. The pool was closed due to “repairs” so that was disappointing in the August Texas heat. 18 month old granddaughter loved feeding the deer that came right up to her!

Fantastic stay

The condo was just as pictured in the listing and so comfortable for hanging out. I sat in the swing on the back patio watching the golfers when we needed shade and enjoyed the balcony off the top level in the evenings with the sunset. The massive couch was perfect for both of us to lounge. There were deer everywhere we looked and so many birds singing. It was a perfect place to relax and we hope to return.
