If you rent the this downstairs unit, the upstairs will be vacant. New pool and paver patio 2024. Great location in Bouldin south of Barton Springs Road. Walk to downtown, Zilker Park, Auditorium Shores. Walk to S Lamar, S 1st. Short Uber to S Congress and downtown.
Remodeled 2022, all new furniture 2024.

Inside, enjoy new furnishings, a plush couch, smart TV, Sonos, and a fully-equipped kitchen. walk to some of Austin`s top restaurants, bars, parks, ACL, and SXSW.
