This house still needs more renovation before it's ready for guests. At check-in, we immediately had issues with chirping carbon monoxide detector, dirty kitchen, and dirty bathroom. William was responsive and came to clean and replace and was very friendly. Overall, the house might be ok for a group of guys going to the Masters, but not for a family or females. Linens were old (somewhat stained in some cases), blinds broken, moldy smell, dirty vents. On day 2, the kitchen ceiling started leaking significantly. While William offered another property, it was too far away and we had concerns about cleanliness based on this property, so had to relocate to a hotel. If you're going to rent out the property as a business, run it like a business to ensure cleanliness and quality (the roof leak issue should have been known based on the cracks and marks in the ceiling we noted at check-in).
