It is right off a busy road so you have to be extra careful when entering and exiting with your car. Initially, I didn't know where to check-in as there were no clear signs on which was the front door.
Host was not present, and a delegate showed me around. The delegate did not inform that the fence to the ground floor (where my room was) would be locked after hours. I was locked out as the host did not reply me until the next morning. Thankfully a fellow guest staying upstairs helped me bypass the fence lock. Even though I did gain access to my room, security of the compounds is a clear issue.
I opted for the standard cabin, which turned out to be a container shed at the ground floor. The container is inches away from the main road and I could hear cars and passersby shouting so for those who are noise-sensitive this may not be the place for you.
The house rules stated that no toilet paper would be provided, but thankfully there was toilet paper when I used the bathroom. And note this premise is not luggage/ wheelchair friendly as you need to take the stairs to access the communal kitchen and bathroom.
There was nowhere else I could get at this price point so I wouldn't say this was a bad stay.
