There is a portable Air Conditioning tower in the lounge for hot days, which you can operate also by remote control. 3 double bedrooms: Master bedroom equipped with a queen size bed and an ensuite; a second double bedroom with a double bed; and a third double bedroom with 2 single beds. Two full bathrooms, a full main bathroom with laundry facilities and a second ensuite full bathroom in the master bedroom. The apartment has a ventilation system built-in and connected to the full building ventilation network. All appliances provided: fridge, oven, microwave, Nespresso coffee making machine, electric milk frother, dishwasher, electric jug, 4 slot toaster, sandwich grill maker, rice cooker, blender, electric knife, electric can opener, juicer, cordless steam iron, instant boiled water dispenser, washing machine and a drier. The views from the third floor balcony are to the docks, the Waitemata harbour and the Harbour bridge. So close to The Viaduct where the best city restaurants and cafes are located along with nightclubs, Wynyard quarter and Queen St. The Sky Tower casino is also a few blocks away at walking distance. If you want to explore Waiheke Island or the other islands from Auckland city, the ferry terminal is also at walking distance.
