Classic Character Apartment with super high stud, extra-large sunny north facing windows with a view of the gorgeous Ferry Building. Positioned n the heart of CBD Downtown Auckland, above the lights on the corner of Queen & Custom Streets. It's an easy 2 minute stroll to Britomart transport hub, ferry terminal, shops, restaurants and a fantastic food hall.
The benefit of being in this prime location does result in street noise. As this is a Heritage Building air conditioning is not available. Fresh air is achieved by opening a window. Acoustic black out drapes have been installed to help mitigate noise levels. Guests do need to weigh up the convenience and benefits of the hyper-central location with outside noise. Guests who love being part of a bustling city love staying here.
