I changed rooms three times. The first night, the room temperature fell to 60 degrees as the window allowed cold air to blow into the room. In a different room on the second night, but the temperature could only go up to 60 degrees. The next day I switched rooms again and I needed to take a nap because I did not sleep well the prior two nights. Just as I fell asleep at about 4:00 PM, they started renovating the room next door - loud hammering and machine tool noises. The front desk essentially blew me off by letting me know that the hotel was being renovated and that there was nothing they could do. The next morning, in a room that was unexpectedly warm at 70 degrees, I was awakened by more hammering and machine tool noises at 8:30 AM. At the front desk on my way out, I complained only to be told that I should have just left if I did not like it, as if it were my fault. I will never stay at a Hilton property again, ever. This was the worse hotel experience of my life.

The best customer service. We had a death in the family and they were so kind, supportive, and helped us check in with ease. The hotel is getting a wonderful update and our room was clean and very nice. We stay here often and will continue to go and excited for the finished updates.

That was the worst bed I have ever slept on. I checked out at like 7 am because it was so bad. The building was under construction. We were given no notice before our arrival. Almost $200 for a night in a construction zone with the worst mattress I’ve ever slept on. I will never stay at this location again.

Outdated rooms, new lobby

The lobby has been transformed beautifully, but the rooms are outdated, and felt a little bit dingy and dirty. Stains on the shower tub. Beds were hard. Don’t be fooled by the lobby! They definitely have already upgraded that, and need to upgrade the rooms as well.

New Beds and Bedding/Pillows needed!

Pillows are very cheapand bed was so uncomfortable. This was the worst stay i have had there. The tub area needs some attention badly. It look like I was at a cheap hotel. Also, the laundry area, had a sign displaying complimentary laundry detergent.But there was none and the front desk refused to honor that. I took a picture of it and even showed the manger Jay.

Understaffed and the staff available doesn't quite understand their job. Rooms are fine but it took me an hour to get my room after booking online. Gentleman next to me had to switch room 3 times because people were either in his room or his room was unkept. Just sloppy management.

My Comforters were dirty. My coffee maker didn't work properly. The bathroom was a complete disaster, shower head facing out so floods the hole bathrm. Old ugly looking bed frames. Nothing like the pictures they promote. Ungy dirty rugs and very poor lighting.
