This was our second time renting a unit in the Godbold building. We loved it, once again! The location is just too perfect. Though all the units are similar and equally beautiful, this one has the special feature of being a corner unit with floor-to-ceiling windows on the corner in the living room. It was fun to stand and watch the activities going on on College St. below us. Being located above Target is so convenient for any last minute items we forgot or even just to buy a bag of ice for tailgating. I hope to stay here again on our next visit to Auburn!

Great location

Magnolia Linen company thinks of everything. I have stayed at several of their properties in Auburn and they have been very responsive, are in great locations and always have everything you need. This location is right downtown and everything is walkable. It’s safe and secure. Looking forward to returning in the fall!

Great Auburn University Experience

Place was very clean, comfortable, nicely decorated and conveniently located to the University. We were able to walk to the University, restaurants, grocery store and shops. If we come back, we’d stay here again.

Favorite place to stay in Auburn

Came to visit my daughter and this was the perfect place to stay! It's convenient to everything, very clean, and had everything we needed. Definitely our new spot to stay when we're in town! On top of the condo being great, the manager was extremely helpful when we left an item behind. She made arrangements for our daughter to pick it up. Great customer service!

Best Location in Auburn

Second time staying at this property. Cannot beat It. Property is very well kept. Perfect for two couples. There is some street noise but to be expected at that location. It is walking distance to everything, most convenient is a Target on the ground floor to get any supplies and snacks you will need for a perfect stay.
