We stayed 3 nights in December at Holiday Inn Express Amiens. We had a good stay. The location is excellent, one minute from the railway station, the Christmas market was close by, the Jules Verne House, the Cathedral and all other sights were within a short walking distance. The room was OK. It was fairly big but had limited storage space. It had an espresso maker but not kettle and no mini fridge. We had room 522 with the view to the inner yard. We were happy with that as it was very quiet. The bathroom was OK but also it had limited storage space. It had shower only, no bath. The amount of towels was smaller than what can normally be expected and they were not replaced during our 3 night stay. The breakfast was included in the space and was very good. It included all the standard items you can expect and the items were of good quality. The bar area was cosy. They were showing a film made by the local tourist office featuring Amiens and the surrounding area. The film was well made and made us want to return to the area in the summer. The people at the reception were friendly and polite. Overall we had a good stay and would happily stay there again.

The staff is friendly. The room is clean and the breakfast is great. The hotel is right next to a large grocery store and the train station; it's convenient, especially on rainy days. But during the two nights there, one morning, there was a power failure during breakfast, and the other morning, there was no hot water.

Friendly welcome, good breakfast. Friendly helpful staff. Especially the lady on Sunday afternoon who helped us to translate a problem with SNCF. Car parking was good. Overall a good weekend. Thank you.

Good hotel in a convenient location, just a short walk from the train station, city center, old town, and museums. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the staff provides friendly, helpful customer service. Breakfast is excellent with plenty of choice. Great value for anyone visiting the city. I recommend it.

The Reception staff were great and the room was very good. The hotel really fell down on breakfast.....replenishment of empty food items was unacceptably slow - some people came in, saw there was nothing there and left - and this was an hour before the end of the breakfast time range

We stayed here on our way back from Spain as a stopover and for a last night on holiday. We have been to Amiens before and this hotel was well placed near good dinner options. It’s clean and comfortable and the staff are friendly. There’s a couple of car parks very close by. We would definitely use it again.
