Our bathroom toilet didn’t work then we got switched to another room and poop was coming up from the sink , we asked to have our trash dumped they told us to dump it ourself and come to front desk and get a trash bag
This place is barely viable. It is very old, rundown, and bare minimum. Although the hotel advertise itself as a 100% no smoking, the room was a stack of smoke as if the previous guest left out 15 minutes before I got in there and just got finished smoking. This left my bag in the majority of the clothes within it smelling like 50 cigarettes. I understand the saying you get what you pay for, but this went way beyond that the room is economical, but why does that have to allude to near-inhabitable quality? If there is some sort of hotel inspector for each state, they need to visit that hotel location ASAP. I will never stay here again. I truly hope they get shut down.
The hotel was nice and clean and great for a stay near the Atlanta airport. However, the airport shuttle driver was extremely rude when calling me to tell me where to go at the airport when picking us up and in every interaction we had. When he called me to pick me up at the airport, he said he will be there in 10 minutes then he hung up on me and showed up in 20 minutes. I called him while I was waiting to make sure he was on his way and he did not pick up. The second time I called he did answer and told me that he was there. I told him he was not because I was there and he wasn’t and then he told me that he would be there in 30 seconds and hung up. The hotel would get five stars from me if it weren’t for the airport shuttle driver.
The staff was nice it was decent for a short term stay but the pillow and sheets had a weird smell , the shower water pressure was real low. The sheets and pillow did not smell clean . Not much breakfast option.
This hotel room dirty except for the lobby. The reception was almost nonexistent. Dirty curtains in the room, broken mini fridge, beds were smaller than queen sized, bathroom tub was disgusting, storage room open door with broken equipment inside in the hallway, elevator barely works, and there was no way to find a stairwell. That bathtub was so dirty in 320 we didn’t even shower since we were only staying one night. I was also charged a surprise $60 deposit that wasn’t included in the reservation once I got there. I had to swipe my card twice. I heard them charging someone else a $100 deposit when I walked past reception to leave at one point. They kept the deposit without any reason behind it. There was also no parking and everyone had their cars parked any type of way in the parking lot. I’ll never be staying there again on my next visit to Atlanta or recommending.
Felt very unsafe at this property. The outside appearance within itself was terrible, parking lot was already full with no where to park but on the street. Rooms didn’t look good
I didnt like my experiences didnt give us enough towels to begin than wouldn't give us any. The pool was down, the room key had to keep getting reactivated. The wifi was horrible and the tv kept not working just loading. Blankets look dirty and tub
Overall: below average
1. Outside: looks abandoned parking lot full of cars that never move and make parking almost an impossible task even though we had a compact one. Green areas had better times. Sign well behind a gas station, so if you are coming from the other side of the road, you can easily miss the sign. Would never think that is the hotel because the picture in Expedia website are misleading.
2. Pool: completely abandoned.
3. Room: heavy cigarette smell in the bathroom, even though there are signs saying 100% non-smoking.
4. Service: requested towels twice, they never supply them and when finally called I was told I needed to bring the dirty ones to the front desk, so they could give me fresh ones. Never heard that before!
5. AC in the room: super noisy. If you sleep over the light side, good luck!
6. Breakfast offered: limited time until 9:00 am only. Most places this service is extended until 10:00 am (are we on vacations or not?) Cups for water and juice can work for a toddler (extremely small), coffee cups small as well competing with the other ones to see which one carries less fluid.
Expedia should upgrade the pictures and details for this "hotel".
Don't really care if they have side business here, but the amount of cars around the hotel that did not move at all in two days: 1- did not correspond to the amount of people seeing walking around 2-looked like the parking sites for airports.
This is something should be communicated ahead of the reservation.
