The dryer in the property didn't work. It took three days for the owner to get the dryer fixed where we had to go to a laundromat. The dishwasher never worked and the owner made no effort to fix it, telling us to wash dishes by hand. The entire condo smelled of cat, despite not listing that it had animals in the property. Instead, several air fresheners were used, but that isn't helpful when two of us were allergic to cats. The second toilet stopped working a day before we left and the owner never responded to our communication. The pool and tennis courts were great. The neighborhood was very cute. And had everything worked and been clean, it would've been a great option. No discount or refund was offered despite the major inconveniences with the applicances.
