Vacation fail

Didn’t even wind up getting to stay there because we never received check in info. The info was not in the listing and neither we nor vrbo could reach the property manager until 3.5 hours after check-in when we were already settled somewhere else. I would have loved to be able to stay in this place because it looks great but instead had to scramble and find a new place for my kid, my dog, and us. So disappointing.
Stayed 2 nights in Jul 2021
