Extremely disappointed would not recommend

Our stay in Atlanta this past weekend was deeply disappointing. From the moment we arrived, it was clear that the listing was misleading and poorly maintained. The cleanliness was unacceptable — floors were dirty, surfaces were sticky, and the overall condition of the home made us extremely uncomfortable.To make matters worse, communication with the host felt automated and impersonal. We expressed valid concerns, yet the responses completely ignored the issues we raised, as if we had enjoyed our stay — which could not be further from the truth.This experience did not reflect what was advertised, and I feel let down by both the host and the platform. For the price we paid, we expected basic standards of hospitality and hygiene — neither of which were met.Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this property to anyone. I hope future guests are treated with more care and respect
