Spacious villa with an amazing view of sea!

This villa is beautiful! Photos do not do justice to the property. Beautifully furnished, comfortable beds with quality linens, fully equipped kitchen! The open living area was great for relaxing and spending family time. Everything needed for a refreshing holiday! We were a family group of 7 and had plenty of space. Each bedroom has a balcony and a view of the sea. It is conveniently located to a train station making a sightseeing trip to Athens easy. A short drive to beautiful beaches. Good local restaurants nearby. The host was most gracious and helpful! If you need a get-away near Athens....this is the place!

Great!

Modern, big, clean and comfortable villa with great views and many sunny balconies! Big kitchen (just missed a tea pot) and nice dining-place, we cooked every evening. We were eight people through three generations and everyone had enough space. In early spring time nights were still cold, but heaters worked good. Near to Athens, local small trainstation, supermarket and some restaurants. A car is recommanded to get around. Ancient sights of Attica and Peloponnes good to reach by car. Helpful, friendly owner (speaks english & german) and manager (speaks english). Some electric work should be finished (some wires layed open) but in general everything worked very well and we had a great stay.

La location è decisamente favolosa, una vista favolosa, ambienti ampi, luminosi e puliti. Posizione

La casa è a dir poco strepitosa, pulita, luminosa e con una vista mozzafiato. Le immagini pubblicate sono assolutamente veritiere. La casa è arenata con gusto ed è adatta ad ospitare anche più famiglie, visto il numero di bagni e stanze. Unica osservazione che potremmo fare è che mancano nelle stanze da letto delle luci e i comodini. L’host è stato assolutamente disponibile e gentile così come la sua partner che ci ha accolti con estrema gentilezza. L’abitazione è vicina anche alla stazione dei treni che consente di recarsi ad Atene in circa 40 minuti a costi davvero irrisori. Il giudizio complessivo è quindi ottimo sotto tutti i punti di vista e se dovessi ritornare ad Atene non esiterei a rialloggiare in questa fantastica abitazione.

Sehr schönes und geräumiges Haus mit toller Aussicht

Wir waren zu siebt für eine Woche in diesem schönen und geräumigen Haus. Trotz der späten Anreise hat es sich der Vermieter nicht nehmen lassen uns persönlich zu begrüßen und im Haus herumzuführen. Auch während des Aufenthalts war er immer ansprechbar, hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend (Wir haben sogar vorab schon Ideen und Tipps zu Ausflügen in die Umgebung geschickt bekommen!). Besonders beeindruckt waren wir von der Aussicht: Zu jeder Mahlzeit saßen wir auf der Terrasse und genoßen den Meerblick. In der Küche konnten wir auch mit mehreren Personen gut gemeinsam kochen. Sie bietet neben vielen Küchengeräten auch Gewürze und Reinigungsmittel. Sogar eine Waschmaschiene konnten wir nutzen. Die Schlafzimmer sind mit großen Betten und Ventilatoren ausgestattet. Gerade letztere waren für das Schlafen auch unverzichtbar. Im Wohnzimmer befindet sich ein riesiges Panoramafenster mit Sofa davor und ein Tisch zum Essen oder Spielen. Auch eine Klimaanlage ist vorhanden. Die Bäder sind alle mit einer Dusche und tw. mit Badewanne ausgestattet. Wir wurden hier sogar mit Pflegeprodukten willkomen geheißen. Einziges kleines Manko am Haus: Für Familien mit kleinen Kindern finde ich es schwierig, dass einige Steckdosen nicht fertig angeschlossen sind und Kabel noch herausschauen (sind aber stromlos). Die Lage des Hauses ist günstig: Trotz der guten Anbindungen an Autobahn und Küstenstraße hört man keinen Straßenlärm. Wer viel unternehmen möchte, ist sicherlich mit einem Mietwagen gut beraten, da so z.B. Athen innerhalb kürzester Zeit erreicht werden kann. Wir hatten eine wirklich schöne Zeit in dieser Villa und haben viele tolle Dinge erlebt. Ihre Größe und Ausstattung hat uns positiv überrascht.
