Wonderful staff, we were able to get an early check. Very close to Plaka, walkable to all major sites, wonderful dining options just steps away, great bakery up the street that packed things for us to take home. Keep in mind however that yes there is a lift but there are steps to get to it. If you have heavy bags there isn't any help to get to it and the lift is small. I wouldn't recomment for anyone requiring accessibility needs. I would stay again!

Overall, everything was good. At night, there is quite a lot of noise from the street and the rooms are not soundproof. I wouldn’t recommend it for guests with a lot of luggage or mobility issues, as the elevator is very small. The room was very clean and the location is excellent. The two young women at the reception in the afternoon didn’t seem very well prepared; however, the young man who assisted us at check-out provided excellent service

This hotel is very well-located, within walking distance of all the main attractions in Athens. The staff at the reception were very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, there was a power outage, which can happen, but the air conditioning wasn’t cooling enough. If that’s an issue for you, you might want to consider other options. The room is quite small, but it’s comfortable. Overall, I think the location is the best thing about this hotel.

Great location, rooms small but very clean , comfortable bed , the room safe didn’t work which was really annoying! They had one key for a safe and if it became available we could have it next😳😳 unacceptable ! Get the safes fixed and I’ll give you 5 stars !

Very convenient to monastiraki square and acropolis. Very close to Ermou St and main shopping of Plaka and probably the quietest part of Plaka despite the convenience. That’s the best of all the worlds!

Women at desk was rude. AC was not working so they did move us to another room but they were very irritated. Don’t stay here if you have heavy luggage. Elevator is extremely small with a spiral staircase. Rooms were clean.
