The apartment is extremely bright with large windows. It has a balcony with a sea view in front of the living room and also a big back balcony with a view to the mountains of Attica.The Apartment can comfortably accommodate up to 6 people.Located in the southeastern suburbs of Athens, in Elliniko, five minutes on foot away from the beach and 12,9 km away from the centre of Athens, about 20 minutes by car. It has a large very bright living room with a sea view balcony. Fireplace. Wifi. Heating and air conditioning. Fully equipped kitchen. One bathroom and a WC. Two quiet bedrooms with option for two single of double bed setting each and access to the big back balcony.
Α sandy beach suitable for swimming is 2 minutes away on foot. Also there are many different beaches with different conditions you can access, farther away. Sandy or rocky, quiet or popular. Some have places for snacks, coffee, drinks and even water sports.The near beach has fresh water for washing. The climate of Athens is not cold so it is suitable for swimming at the sea even in winder when it is not windy or cloudy. We highly recommend walking or cycling by the beaches of Glyfada, (Southeast 5 minutes away from the flat). Αt the same area there are grate places for shopping, cinema , caffe and food. You can also go to the opposite way (Northwest) up to Piraeus on foot or by bicycle. A fine way to explore and discover the coast of Athens. The neighborhood is not too far from all the grate locations and sites of Athens. The main road, Leoforos Posidonos that is crossing the area, connects the hole coast from Pireaus Port until the Cape Sounio where the temple of Poseidon is lockeded. It has natural beauty with lots of greenery. In the area you can find public sports facilities, tenis and basket, a play ground, marinas.
