It is a cute 55 m2 (9.9 f2) studio apartment located in a quiet area part of villa house. 1 km from popular beach and 2-5 km from other buzzier beaches. Few kms from the fancy entertainment suburb of Glyfada. Close bus station to metro and busses to reach other popular areas of Athens. The studio is a semi basement with plenty of day light ,consists of one large area with modern furniture.
