The House has been recently renovated (March 2019) on the basis of delivering high quality service and satisfying demanding visitor's needs.
Making no discounts at the supreme quality of the materials used, the visitor will feel from the very first moment the sense of comfort, luxury and functionality of the House.
The House is ideally located very close both to the center of Athens and the south Suburbs.
The modern architecture design of the House has been delivered by Mr Ilias Kouziortis. The hidden lights, sharp lines, decorative ideas and the harmonic combination of natural elements (wood) will satisfy the high expectations of guests.
The House affords two (2) bedrooms both of the them with double beds and high quality memory foam layers, two (2) bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen (espresso - filter coffee machine, kettles, toaster, blender etc), a comfortable living room with a unique couch and a nice garden. It also includes three (3) air conditioners and autonomous gas heating

Modern rental a short metro ride from Main Attractions
Giannis was a caring host and the apartment was immaculately designed. It was Modern, unique and had lots of options for natural and artificial light. From bathrooms stocked with toiletries to the kitchen cabinets filled with utensils, the apartment was well prepared for our stay. It was a 5 minute walk from the subway station and a major mall and only a 15 minute subway ride away from the Acropolis. I would highly recommend staying in this new apartment in an old neighborhood.
