Our beautiful Villa is located in a hidden heaven mounted rock, which is covered by the sea as far as the human eye can see. The rough, authentic beauty of nature is beautifully linked to the superior design and luxury of the building. Our villa will be a pleasant surprise with its minimal design, in absolute respect to the simple lines of nature, with a view to the sun emerging from the mountains of Evia. A small staircase leads to a private rock beach with calming crystal clear waters.

We'd Go Back In A Heartbeat!
Absolutely amazing property! The host was wonderful. The views are anazing. The accommodations are up-to-date, clean, spacious, and comfortable. There is a private pool and private acces to the sea (if you can do stairs). My family's favorite spot in Europe to date. We would go back in a heartbeat!

What An amazing villa w incredible views . Owner has been so helpful since we began the reservation. We arrived a bit earlier but owner let us drop our bags and directed us to a local restaraunt to grab lunch. We were warmly greeted at doors , given a tour to a freshly cleaned , pristine villa. We had an extra guest and they provided us with a roll bed without question. Big fresh fruit bowl was left for us in the kitchen . Perfect set up for the 11 of us . Spacious rooms big dining area and couch. comfy bedding w spectacular views of the water. The outside pool was clean with outdoor furniture to sit . Wish there was a few more chaise lounges for the amount of people we had but made do w chairs and cushions. Outdoor speakers were great for music pool side. Air conditioning kept the house very cool and each room has own controls to regulate . Plenty of closet and drawer space . We needed hangers and owners quickly dropped them off. Bathrooms were equipped w towels however Showers were on the smaller side but this is my first European trip so perhaps that’s normal.
Owners were always available to answer any questions and set us up with drivers last minute to take us back and forth to our wedding venue.
House is set in a very hilly section and very steep roads but that’s the sacrifice you make for the astonishing views .
House is gated so we felt safe .closest beach was approx 1 mile away . the private steps lead down to the waters edge and we snorkeled

Perfect hosts and home ❤️
This was one of the best places we have ever rented! The hosts made us feel loved and welcomed. The warmest hospitality we have ever experienced renting a place. The views were incredible- every day drinking coffee watching the waves crash was one of my favorite parts of vacation. This house also had every type of kitchen and household appliance to make our stay easy. All in all- this place was perfect- THANK YOU!!!
