Advertising versus reality

The apartment was supposed to have 3 bedrooms as indicated on the reservation and as appeared on hotels.com. In reality it's only 2 bedrooms and one living room with sofa bed. The owner Eleni was approached by messages numerous times and was asked to give explanations and she saw all of them but she didn't answer or apologized. You as hotels.com should review this problem with the property and fix it so next costumer will be able to know exactly what he is paying for.
