Dear Mrs Al, we are afraid that you are not writing all the truth. In the morning of June 13th you walked down to the reception desk and asked for a doctor. Our receptionist asked you what kind of doctor you will need, you informed him about your injury and show him a photo of your foot finger, he told you that you need an orthopedic doctor and the cost is approximately 100 euro, you found the cost expensive he suggest you to take a taxi and go at the hospital KAT which is free of charge, plus if the doctor after checking your foot will need an xray you had to go at the hospital, his advice would save you time. You could not accept that a doctor is not able to make an xray by visiting you at the hotel. After discussing at the phone with a familiar person of you, you decide to visit the hospital and asked for the nearest best hospital. Our receptionist told you that he do not know which hospital has an orthopedic at this time and he will need to check it on line, at the same time he suggest you again to go at the hospital with "KAT" as this hospital is open 24/7 for orthopedic but is a little far from the city center, after you searched KAT hospital online, you asked to find other nearest hospital, something that he did, he gave you the name of the hospital "red cross", after a search you made for the hospital you decide to go at the hospital KAT. Our receptionist asked you to call a taxi, you asked him about the cost of the taxi you found expensive and would be better to call an ambulance, he informed you in advance that the ambulance will delay, after 4 phone calls he made he received the same reply "delay", then you contact with the european number 112 and they told you to wait, then you ask a taxi, our staff called a taxi due traffic had a small delay and stopped out of the hotel and you believed that you found one by your self
