This is the first hotel we've gotten through Expedia that actually looked better than the photos. We really enjoyed our stay, the staff was super nice and helpful (shout out to Jan and Keith specifically. ) The room was surprisingly larger than we expected and very clean. You have to request housekeeping service, which I think is nice for both the cleaners and the guests. And if you forget, they keep towels and stuff at the front desk for help with those middle of the night runs of panic. Despite the location being right in the middle of things, it was super quiet outside. The only time we had noise was cause of kids running around from another room (the walls are kinda thin) but overall it wasn't a big deal. Beds were comfortable, pillows were the BEST. (I wanted to steal them all but didn't.) Wifi was reliable. If we go back to the area we will definitely be coming back.

Room had ant infestation near the coffee maker. The heating worked only when thermostat was raised to 78-79. I could easily hear next door neighbor's talks over phone. Overall a bad experience..

Can’t complain with free parking, free breakfast and comfortable bedding. Also, Shopping and restaurants are nearby for our convenience. I enjoy staying at this hotel and will continue to do so.

The room felt dirty when we walked in. As we made our way through we could tell that the staff had done a poor a job. There was no bedding for the pull out sofa. There were no bath towels,l, only 4 hand towels and very little toilet paper. The sink was very dirty. A lot of what appeared to be pubic hair and the bed looked as if the covers had been quickly pulled up, making me question if the sheets were clean. When I went down to tell the front desk, the staff was helpful and tried all she could. She did offer another room but it was a much smaller room and smelled bad. I finally asked if she could provide towels, bedding for the sleeper and new sheets. She accommodated my request, apologized and said the manager would be at the desk in the morning if I wanted to stop by. So I did. The manager was very rude, wouldn’t look me in the eye. Never apologized and said she couldn’t do anything because I made my reservations through Expedia. So, here I am. Clearly this experience is not your fault but I’m sure you want to hear about your customers experience to make decisions about continued relationships with hotel partners. Thanks for listening. Thank you.

Check in staff person was very friendly and helpful. We had a handicap room; we’re not handicapped, but seniors who appreciate a taller toilet and grab bars around shower. The suite-type arrangement was good, plenty of space. Breakfast was good.
