The staff were extremely welcoming. This was our first time out of our country internationally on our own so we were very nervous about how to get around ect, the staff answered any questions we had, at any hour of the night the staff would be present at the front desk always smiling and eager to assist. Such a cute hotel with good size rooms in a central location. Lovely happy staff that are helpful. Location is near lots of restaurants and not too touristy. Breakfast is standard, nothing special. Pool is nice but not heated. Overall a great stay.

Location of the hotel is great, within walking distance of the city centre and many museums. We had an interior room so we’re spared some of the traffic noise. The reception team were great. However the waiting staff in the restaurant were not so good, they were unfriendly and we were made to feel like an inconvenience. On our last morning I saw one of the waiters rolling his eyes at one of the guests.
