I’m seldom compelled to write reviews, but I feel I must leave one now. While this apartment has some redeeming qualities, my overall experience was quite poor, and I hope the management reads this to improve the experience for future guests. - The WiFi was not functional from the very beginning of my stay, and after reaching out to management I received no response. - The shower is practically falling apart (parts falling off, water spraying everywhere, and the drain not functioning properly) - The only curtain covering the window looking onto the street is transparent and provides next to no privacy and does not block out the abundant light from the street - The mattress is quite uncomfortable, with springs poking into your back. I’ve stayed in maybe 30-40 hotel beds in the last couple years and this by far the worst

Good location and value, but needs improvement

Poor communication - until about 1 hour before check-in, they had not provided instructions on how to let myself in. Very stressful, I was already looking for a hotel as I thought they would never send me check-in info, even though I sent multiple messages using different platforms, and an email. Finally, someone who repeatedly called me “dear” provided instructions just 1 hour before check in. The property is very well located, well appointed, except for the shower which is broken in many places and water sprays all over the place, and the shower curtain hung so high that it stops without covering the bottom 2 feet from the floor. Price was fair for the great location.

Fine for one night but a bit lacking

Pretty good location, was easy to check in and out, decent airconditioning and worked fine for a one night stay before the next destination. However, the bathroom smelled bad, room was a bit basic (e.g. shelf was broken) and the hot water wasn't automatically on, which was incovenient before an early flight. Overall was fine for a one night stop over, but wouldn't want to spend more than a night there!
