What a gem! This hotel is perfect for anyone who wants to explore the city. It’s located right in the center of everything, so we never had to go far for delicious food or famous sights. The cleanliness was top-notch, a/c room, free breakfast was amazingly good and the staff were so kind and welcoming throughout our entire visit. We couldn’t have asked for a better home base!

The breakfast was excellent and plentiful. The staff at 18 Micon were all so welcoming and helpful - could not have been better. Unfortunately as it March the A/C was not able to be activated and the given the very sunny days in Athens - the room was very warm. The hotel is on a lively lane way with fantastic bars, restaurants, and over great atmosphere, and location is perfect for exploring Athens and to a train station that links to the airport. Earplugs came in handy. Can't wait to visit again. :)

Clean room, staff was amazing, the room didn’t have air conditioning which sucked because the hotel in an alley & when people party all night you hear everything. A DJ was playing till 4am and we can hear the loud music. We closed the windows for awhile but eventually the room got hot.

Let’s talk about this place. The reception staff are super friendly, helpful, and kind , especially Penny (I hope I spelled her name correctly!). On our last day, our flight was very early in the morning and we couldn’t stay for breakfast, so she packed breakfast for us. My room was clean and had a charming vibe. I’m very picky about cleanliness, but this room passed all my checkmarks. The location is amazing, super close to everywhere you need. The street where the hotel is located has hundreds of restaurants, and the area feels very safe. The only downside is that at night you can hear people talking outside, but the hotel provides earplugs. Other than that, everything about this location is great.
