15 minutes to Downtown and all that AVL has to offer, good cellphone signal, very private yurt with outdoor kitchenette, heater in the winter, a/c. Back yard is +340 acres of trails and forest, mountain views. Outhouse has compost toilet and outdoor hot shower. Fire ring for those cool forest nights.. Enjoy privacy and nature at its best while staying very close to food, drink and entertainment at this very convenient and beautiful location.
