I would give the rating for staff 1 star and the total rating 3 stars because of the agent on duty January 15 at 4pm. She was very rude to me and then later to my spouse. The following morning I talked with the manager, who was very nice and apologized. She said that she will speak with that person. We think that the agent is not a good representative for the hotel and she should not be there. So for that reason I gave 5 stars for everything.

Very clean room, adequately staffed at hotel. Friendly, helpful, courteous and accommodating. Would stay there again. Toilet is low seated; feel that could be updated. Hotel sits back from Hampton Inn with no clear identifying sign for Holiday Inn Express. Would be helpful for Hotel signage.

Front desk staff was pleasant, ur not overly friendly or helpful. The room was acceptable, the bathroom shower caulk needed to be either cleaned or replaced. The pillows were terrible and the thermostat didn’t seem to really control the temperature of the room very well. The pancake machine was broken during our visit. Over all it was just ok.

My goodness, this was a clean, quiet hotel. I have stayed at two other hotels in the very same area and neither were as nice as this one. Bathroom amenities were all Dove products (Great!), the bed was terrific. Breakfast was also everything I needed. Will stay here again.

I love my stays here; however, the last two stays were not as pleasant. My partner and I were awakened at midnight buy someone banging on our door because someone at the front desk forgot to file our room for another night that was booked and paid for. Then the housekeepers tried to come in our room, and we were naked and it was only 9:30 checkout was 11:00. Luckly, we had the latch on the door but that was rude and happened the week prior as well. I stay here a lot when i travel the area for work and while i do enjoy it i believe they need to communicate especially with housekeeping the importance of KNOCKING and making sure the room is vacant.
