Here is an exceptional house, you will be surrounded by nature and water, you will only need to walk a few metres to discover the Pen Castell pond and its famous Mill or the Saint-Nicolas point and the Kerners cove. Imagine starting your days on the house's balcony with sunrays caressing your face, while sipping your coffee and savouring your fresh croissant. Then, you can head towards the Fogéo or Port Navalo beaches for a day of relaxation and swimming in the crystal-clear waters of the Gulf of Morbihan, or perhaps you would prefer to stay in this magnificent house, to enjoy the tranquillity of the place and its view of the Gulf.



The house can accommodate up to 8 people, it is spacious and has five comfortable and tastefully decorated rooms. Three of them have double beds and will offer you a magnificent view of the outside. Two rooms are located upstairs, one with a king-size bed and the other with 2 single beds, cosy cocoons in light colours, where you can rest in complete peace.



The house invites moments of conviviality and serenity, you can gather around a cup of tea in the living room, a bright and warm space, where large bay windows offer you an unobstructed view of the garden.



In the evening, you can gather with family or friends in the large dining room for a friendly dinner, previously prepared in the well-equipped kitchen (mixed hob: gas and electricity, refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster and kettle). Then before going to bed, go and relax in the living room and read a book, which you can borrow from the beautiful library.



For maximum convenience, the house has three parking spaces.
