Here is a lovely house in Ars-en-Ré, for a rejuvenating stay with family or friends. This house enjoys a privileged location, between marshes and beach. At the back of the garden, pass through the gate and you can directly access the beach, allowing you to enjoy good swimming or moments of relaxation on the sand.
The house also has a large outdoor space. Its garden will be the perfect place to relax, surrounded by greenery. Its terrace, for its part, invites you to sip a cool drink or prepare delicious barbecues.
Finally, the interior is divided into several spaces. You will find the dining room, with its large table inviting you to gather around good meals. Then, a first living room, perfect for a coffee break and discussions, which opens onto the American kitchen, very well equipped with induction hobs, refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster and kettle. Then, at your disposal, a second, quieter living room that will allow you to settle into its sofa or armchairs for a TV break.
The house can accommodate up to 10 people and has 3 bedrooms. The first is located on the ground floor, constituting a private space for a more intimate stay, equipped with a queen-size bed, a television, a small table and a kitchen. It also has a bathroom with toilet.
Upstairs, you will be welcomed by a cosy space with a sofa. You will also find two bedrooms, the first with a queen-size bed and a sea view, the second is a dormitory room equipped with a queen-size bed and two double beds, offering a view of the salt marshes. Then a bathroom will complete this floor.
