I like that there are plenty utensils to use and space in the fridge,The only thing that’s annoying is the noise from the other quest especially kids that keeps running around during wee hours that deprives us of sleep

Cleaned rooms, bathrooms and shared areas were very clean, great to have hot water in the taps and hot showers on a cold day. Enjoyed the humbling experience and stay, as well as the town only 600m away - Staff were very helpful and even contacted and organised some small changes I had inquired about a few days prior Thank you, Hampshire Arrowtown.

Bed was a very cheap design and would collapse in the middle of the night. Poor nights sleep. Ran out of toilet paper and coffee. Went to front desk and they had a spare toilet paper but no coffee. The receptionist said, they're also have no coffee, but they will replenish your coffee while you're out and about. Returned later that same day and there was no coffee replenished and the office was closed. The shower would flood around the toilet and most of the bathroom and stay flooded all day.

The room was clean, although the bathroom had significant mould around the bottom of the shower recess. The double bed was hard against the wall, with no room to move it off the wall. Fine for younger people, but not great for elderly people (like us), who have arthritis and find it difficult to crawl across each other during the night when nature calls!!

Great view in autumn

We stay in the lodge with 2 bunk beds. The shared kitchen and toilets are kept clean by staff at least twice a day. The location of the holiday park is excellent. It has the best view of the area where the trees are turning yellow and red.

Excellent place to stay in Arrowtown. We booked a self contained cottage and it had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Our flight into Queenstown was late, but late check-in was a complete breeze and nothing to worry about. The staff were great!

The cabin itself was fantastic - it was modern, comfortable and had a well equipped kitchen. The bathrooms at the campground weren't far away from the cabin and were clean. We really enjoyed our stay here.

we stayed in a small room with two bunkbeds. The room was in a lodge with a shared kitchen and bathroom. The kitchen was excellent and the place was clean. I slept on the bottom bunk and the mattress was terrible. I hardly slept. I informed the office about it and assume they will have changed it by now. Everyone is lovely and the location was excellent.
