Parking is 50 a night, but you can easily find street parking for free. Great food around, just gotta look hard (great breakfast spot 3 blocks down). Front desk staff and housekeeping all very friendly and helpful. Thanks for a great weekend!

HVAC in our room never worked properly - temps exceeding 75 degrees + every afternoon that would not cooloff. Frequent requests to correct but on next to last night they had to change out the AC unit (at midnight) to get the room cool enough to sleep in. There were also industrial size fans brought into the room to help "cool it down". Felt like we were sleeping in a wind tunnel. We never had in-room WiFi although we attempted each day; so down to the lobby to host zoom meetings. Housekeeping was spotty and one day never happened. Waited over 30 minutes for fresh towels and was subsequently late to a meeting. The overall attitude of the staff appeared to be they either didn't care or they didn't have the authority to do anything about the problems; either way is a disaster when you are selling hospitality, The Bistro in the hotel was always understaffed so the wait was long every morning. Also, never saw a car valet although the $46/parking charge per night was on the bill. Basics of hospitality are a clean, safe space to sleep plus basic amenities (WiFi). The location of the hotel was excellent for our needs just wish the service had been the same.
